This summer has flown by! My posting...uh...has not seem to have happened.

It was a good summer! Tomorrow is my sons first day of kindergarten! I can't believe that this little guy 

Is now this big guy:

Holy Crap! Where does the time go?? 

Today, I began my glorious September morning with a 7.5 mile run. I was done running by 6:30 am and ready to face the day! Something is in the air! I always feel that way as soon as it turns into September. Forgive me for  being a summer slacker, let's get this thing rolling again!
