Back to the Pump!

I actually made it to a Body Pump class on Saturday at 11:35am! They are onto a whole new track and silly me decided to pile on the weights even though I hadn't been to a class in like a month.

Well, we definitely got a nice snow dump this weekend. It's a regular old winter wonderland out there!

'Tis the season!

Happy Christmas Eve! I am, hopefully, being let out of work at around 1pm today. Tonight, we are going to my mom's house for Christmas Eve and then we will be at Pat's parents house tomorrow for Christmas. Pat's two brothers, Chris and Dan,  and my sister-in-law Joanna are here for the next few days so we made sure to stock up our wine fridge accordingly:

Sugar Rush

Well, there ended up being two people in my household, my son and my husband, who got strep throat on Friday! Pat was incapacitated for most of the weekend and my son, even with the sore throat, didn't seem too bad. He only had a mild fever on Friday but after his first dose of antibiotic, felt much better Saturday morning when he woke up. My babysitter said that three of her granddaughters had strep throat once and it ended up heading down south. Is that possible?? Yikes!! I guess viruses can travel. My throat is sore today...
