Today's spinning was just off. Well, actually, it was just me who was off. I slept terribly last night and couldn't get my body moving. Patty did a large amount of fast songs with sprints and I just couldn't get into it. I left after 50 minutes which, is something I never do! I really need a night of uninterrupted sleep.
